The Scottish Executive Environment and Rural Affairs Department (SEERAD) conducts a survey on the sales of autumn store calves and lambs. It covers details of sales and prices for calves and lambs.

The survey covers Scotland and is carried out between August and November.

The results are then used in the Scottish Output, Input and Income Statistics.
