The latest national statistics on international migration produced by the office for National Statistics were released on 20 May 2008 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The MN Series present statistics on flows of international migrants to and from the UK and England and Wales during the preceding ten years. The time series data contain estimates of Total International Migration (TIM) derived from the International Passenger Survey (IPS), estimates of flows between the UK and the Irish Republic and Home Office data.
