The latest national statistics Retail Sales Business Monitor produced by the Office for National Statistics was released on 20 November 2008 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistic Authority.
This monthly publication contains detailed estimates of retail sales in Great Britain, including the latest indices and growth rates of the average weekly value of retail sales at current prices and also at constant year 2000 prices, referred to as the volume of retail sales.
