		Period and cohort life expectancy tables Product   Tables showing life expectancies on a period and cohort basis. Data is provided by age and sex from 1981 to 2058 for the United Kingdom and its constituent countries. The current tables are based on unsmoothed calendar year mortality rates from 1981 to 2008 and projected mortality rates from the 2008-based national population projections.
