		Key Statistics for the rural and urban area classification 2004 Product   Contains data for a classification of Unitary Authorities, counties, and Government Office Regions in England and Wales. Produced using the ONS Output Area classification, which categorises each Output Area into one of eight rural and urban types. The counts for the geographies that appear in these tables have been generated by grouping the Output Areas that share the same classification. The tables contain selected key results, in an easily digestible form, on all topics covered by the 2001 Census. The results are derived from the information collected from the Census forms and are represented as a combination of counts and derived statistics.
