		Quarterly Population Estimates (experimental) Product   Experimental Quarterly Population Estimates (QPEs) are early seasonal estimates of the stock population of England, Wales and English Government Office Regions (GORs) at each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December, published shortly after the end of each quarter. The QPEs series runs from 30 June 1995. They are fully consistent with the national and local authority mid-year population estimates published. They give finalised estimates of the population of England and Wales for each quarterly point between the mid-year population estimates and early estimates for each quarterly point after that.
