Telephone interviewers should:
be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
possess good interpersonal skills
be able to work on your own initiative and have a high degree of self motivation
ideally have some experience of using computers
We are offering annualised hours contracts. Work is available between Monday and Saturday working a 5 or 6-hour shift per day. Other benefits include access to the Civil Service Pension Scheme, sick pay and holiday entitlement.
