The PDF file has the following qualities:

• Navigational tools: click on the Bookmarks or thumbnails to go to that view.
• Other navigational aids: contents and index pages are interactive. Click on the relevant section on these pages to be taken to that view.
• Each chart in this publication has an MS EXCEL spreadsheet version. Click anywhere on the chart to access the spreadsheet.
• Most website addresses are live links. Simply click on the url to access the relevant website.
