Please note that from 20 May 2009, the title of all ONS statistical releases will change to 'Statistical Bulletin'.
This new name will apply to the documents previously titled 'First Release', 'Experimental Statistics' and 'Briefing Note'.
The content of these documents will not change.
The new title has been chosen to reflect more accurately the content and role of ONS statistical releases.
When a Statistical Bulletin contains experimental statistics this will be indicated clearly below the masthead. Briefing notes will be highlighted in the same manner.
