Users' Needs

There are many users of government-collected data, each with a perspective and objective. For some it is important to establish a consistent measure across time whereas for others (for example in marketing) it is crucial to identify where a change is taking place.

The user needs analysis will explore the requirements, quality issues and the need for facilities that will enable access on the users' terms.
