It was reported that in the two weeks before interview: - 2% of children had seen a practice nurse at the GP surgery;
- 4% of children had seen a health visitor at the GP surgery;
- 2% of children had gone to a child health clinic;
- less than 0.5% of children had gone to a child welfare clinic.
