For nearly thirty years the GHS has provided data about households, families and people. This chapter looks at how the composition of households and families has changed during this time and describes the socio-economic groups and ethnic backgrounds of the people in these households.

Tables in this chapter look at three different levels of data: households, the families who live within a household and the people who comprise the household.
