Title of paper African countries and e-commerce
Abstract

In spite of the reticences and reserves, hither and thither, the globalization of the economy and the business follows their course well. The new economy, real or virtual, exists. So that the transactions are more and more possible on the Internet. Only the Africa seems to be in margin if not underprivileged in the electronic commerce. The African countries have two principal problems. The first is known problem of the access to the Internet. The second is the banking in their economies. The first problem finds more and more some solutions of the part of the African governing. But the second remains especially the methods of payment. Most of the African country would not dispose yet the three basic elements it will need to set up online store : the shopping cart, accepting payments and processing payments securely.

Aparts from these problems, there is like on all market the eternal problem of supply and demand of goods and services. In other words, what are the products that the African have advantage to buy online ? What are the needs of the other peoples and that african could put online ? It is to these questions and some other again that will attempt to answer the present paper.
