Title of paper Measurement Availability of Health Development Budget in Bandung City
Abstract Child survival has been improving in Indonesia over the past two decades, but still higher than the neighbouring country.
At a rate of 70 deaths per 1000 births, 7 % of Indonesian children die before their fifth birthday. Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) is one of the caused of death of children under 5 years age. ARI is one of the Community Heath Problems in Indonesia and also in Bandung. Bandung is the Capital of West Java Province. The activity for health development is planned and analysed by District Heath Office. Since last 5 years Pneumonia still to be one of the commonly diseases and also to be a caused of death for children under 5 years ages in Bandung . Pneumonia is one kind of ARI. This problem must be solved from various aspects such as health environment, behaviour and health services. To measure the availability of health development budget in Bandung we make a study about the budget for activities to handle Pneumonia from last 5 years in Bandung.
