Company Winding up and Bankruptcy Petition Statistics, England and Wales

Criminal Statistics Annual Report, England and Wales

The annual release, presented on a calendar year basis, covers offenders dealt with by formal police cautions, reprimands or warning, or criminal court proceedings in England and Wales. The order of chapters follows the flow of cases through the criminal justice system. As in previous years, more detailed data for the calendar year covered are published separately in six volumes of supplementary tables.
End of custody licence release and recalls

The publication contains details on releases by offence group, sentence length, age, ethnic group and establishment, and recalls by reason for recall.
Freedom of Information Act 2000: statistics on implementation in central government

Quarterly statistical releases on the handling of requests for information made under the Act by 43 central government bodies, including all departments of state. Figures are derived from manual returns submitted by participating bodies, and cover timeliness of response, outcomes of requests, and usage of the Act's appeal processes. The annual report covers the implementation and operation of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in central government. It draws together the quarterly statistics for the year and analyses the longer term trends.

Knife Crime Sentencing
