Summary: Number of breaches of the policy on Mixed Sex Accommodation in relation to sleeping accomodation for the month, broken down by provider and commissioner.

Summary: Fast track daily information on emergency pressures in the winter period (eg A&E diverts, beds closed due to norovirus, critical care capacity). Collected from acute NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts. This report is published weekly during the winter period.

NB From 2011-12, this publication has replaced the previous Vital Signs Monitoring report. The coverage is similar but not identical to the Vital Signs report - the measures included are covered by the 2011-12 NHS Operating Framework.
