Summary: A report on national projections for the number of pupils in schools

Summary: This release will report on the awarding of 14-19 Diplomas in 2010/11. Achievement will be analysed by the subject, level of Diploma and key characteristics.

Summary: Figures on the number of National Curriculum test clerical and marking reviews requested, by subject and the number of changes to levels.

Summary: Characteristics and attainment data on pupils with special educational needs (SEN) as well as school absence and exclusion rates for this group of children. Published in response to the SEN Information Act (2008).

Summary: The survey collects robust information on the key characteristics of childcare and early years provision and the early years workforce across the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Summary: The PE and Sport Survey measured the take-up of 3 hours of high-quality PE and out-of-hours school sport in a typical week. This release was last published in September 2010. The Department has stopped collecting these data and there will no further publications.

Summary: This report covers information on places approved and children accommodated by sex, age, length of stay and type of placement.

Summary: This statistical release provides national figures on attainment in science of eligible pupils (typically 11 year olds) at the end of Key Stage 2 (KS2) for 2009/10 based on science sampling tests. The Key Stage 2 Science publication has been incorporated in the main Key Stage 2 publication. The combined publication will be published on Tuesday, 2 August 2011.

Summary: Statistics based on survey responses to YCS and LSYPE and brings together data about the family environment, attitudes to school, risky behaviours, engagement, attainment and post-16 participation. This publication reports on the same group of young people annually until age 19. The current group is now 19 and will be reported on in July 2011. A new study has not yet been commissioned and no publication is scheduled for 2012.

Summary: The SFR covers figures on children cared for and accommodated in private fostering arrangements.
