Summary: This release provides census population estimates, of the usually resident population, by single year of age and sex for all local authorities (or equivalent) in the constituent countries of the United Kingdom. In addition, an interactive historic population pyramid (1911 – 2011) will be published. This release will combine data for Scotland with data already published for England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
