Summary: The publication relates to activity at consultant led outpatient services in Health and Social Care hospitals in Northern Ireland. Data includes the number of new and review attendances, missed appointments (DNAs), appointments cancelled by patients (CNAs) and appointments cancelled by hospitals, split by HSC Trust, hospital and specialty.

Summary: These data show the responses of patients, who have been treated in an acute setting as inpatients or in A&E, to the question "how likely are you to recommend our ward/A&E department to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?" The score is presented as the proportion of patients who were "very likely" to recommend minus those who were "unlikely" or "very unlikely" to recommend, or who responded "don't know". Data are published at trust, site and ward level.
