Summary: Monthly statistics on access to, volume and quality of NHS 111 calls. It covers information on the price of the NHS 111 service, its impact on activity across the urgent and emergency care system. It will include figures on user experience every six months.

It provides early indications of trends and is planned as a temporary release to cover the life and impact of the Tackling Knives Action Programme, which was launched to focus resources on rapid, intensive work in 10 areas of England and Wales to tackle knife crime.
