Summary: This release provides employee jobs information on a NUTS1 or NUTS2 basis in the BIS priority sectors. It contains both data and maps, and is intended to assist Local Economic Partnerships (LEPs) in their economic decision making.

Summary: This data details the proportion of employee jobs in selected industry sectors by NUTS areas. Data is on a NUTS1 or NUT2 geographical level, depending on the availability of data at a lower spatial level. The data shows the share of jobs in each sector and can be used to understand the relative importance of sectors in each area. The sectors are aerospace & defence, automotive, chemicals, construction, information & communication, life sciences, metals, and retail & wholesale.
