Summary: Following advice from the UKSA and a user consultation (https://www.dasa.mod.uk/modintranet/SARConsultation.pdf) with regard Military Search and Rescue Statistics, DASA are combining the Official and National Statistics into one report. The aim for this one report to receive approval from UKSA to be designated as a National Statistic. Therefore the Search and Rescue Official Statistic and Pocket Brief will be discontinued.

Summary: MOD civilian workforce by grade equivalence and budgetary area, and total civilian time series. The publication date for this publication has changed due to a delay to the provision of the data delivery in April 2012, which would result in insufficient time to validate the data and produce the report by the publication date. In addition there are substantial structural changes to the organisation which require considerable rebuilding of the product to show the new structure.
