Summary: There are two monthly data collections monitoring the "NHS Offer" for patients who have had PIP implants. The first collection monitors the extent to which patients who had PIP implants implanted privately have presented to the NHS. The second collection tracks the care of those women who have previously had PIP implants implanted by the NHS. This collection covers the seven NHS providers which had used PIP implants on NHS patients in the past.

Summary: Monthly activity data relating to elective and non-elective inpatient admissions (or first finished consultant episodes FFCEs) and outpatient referrals and attendances for first consultant outpatient appointments.

Summary: The total number of attendances in the week for all A&E types, including Minor Injury Units and Walk-in Centres, and of these, the number discharged, admitted or transferred within four hours of arrival. Also included are the number of admissions via A&E, and any waits of over four hours for admission following decision to admit. Data are shown at provider organisation level, from NHS Trusts, NHS Foundation Trusts, Primary Care Trusts and Independent Sector Organisations.

Summary: Fast track daily information on emergency pressures (eg A&E diverts, beds closed due to norovirus, critical care capacity). Collected from acute NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts.

Summary: The GPPS was developed to collect information on elements of patient access to GP services and choice of hospital services. It also includes NHS dentistry services.

Summary: Referral to treatment waiting.

Summary: Monthly collection of data covering those patients on a Direct Access audiology pathway.

Summary: Statistics on the results of the GP Patient Survey’s newly added dental questions. Questions relate to patients’ access to NHS dental care. This release will include comparisons between July to September 2012 and July to September 2011

Summary: Provider level information on the number and proportion of admitted adult patients who have been risk assessed for Venous thromboembolism (VTE)
