Summary: Outcomes, service effectiveness and capacity of family intervention projects to support vulnerable and chaotic families from April 09 to March 10. Future editions of this publication can be found under the title "Family Intervention Projects"

Summary: The Benchmarking Tables of planned expenditure are drawn from the published Children, Schools and Families Financial Data Collection budget statements and are primarily aimed at School Forums and Local Authorities. The tables give detailed information on each authority's planned expenditure on education in a form which enables comparison between authorities.

Summary: Local Authorities are required under section 251 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 to prepare and submit an education and children’s social care budget statement. These statistics provide a detailed picture of local authority planned expenditure.

Summary: The PE and Sport Survey is in its seventh year and consists of a census of all schools and FE colleges in England, measuring levels of participation in PE and out of hours sport.

Summary: The release provides data on the self-evaluation scores given by each local authority in relation to available measures to monitor and respond to cases of Children Missing from Home or Care. A new UK government took office on 11th May. These statistics were used to inform the previous government's national indicators which may not reflect current government policy.

Summary: Provides information about children looked after by local authorities in England. The figures are based on returns collected from all 150 English local authorities.

Summary: This publication contains provisional national and local authority level figures on the number of referrals, assessment and children and young people who are the subject of a child protection plan for year ending March 2010. Figures are taken from the 2009-10 Children in Need census and will include provisional information for six key indicators for LAs. Previous publications in this series were derived from the Child Protection and Referrals 3 (CPR3) return which has been discontinued.

Summary: This publication supports measurement of the previous government's National Indicator 88 (percentage of schools providing access to extended services). Following consultation, the Department for Education (DfE) has confirmed that from 6 September 2010, Local Authorities will no longer need to collect and submit data to support NI88; therefore this planned edition has been cancelled.

Summary: This release was previously published by the Department for Education; future editions, including this one, will be published by the Ministry of Justice.

Summary: Provides information at both national and Local Authority level on achievement outcomes at the end of the Foundation Stage. The Foundation Stage curriculum is a statutory stage of the National Curriculum for England, along with Key Stages 1 to 4.
