Geographic breakdown: Super Output Area and Data Zone
| Designation: Experimental Official Statistics
Summary: Lower Layer Super Output Area (LSOA) and Middle Layer Super Output Area (MSOA) estimates are available.
The methodology used to produce the LSOA and MSOA estimates differs to the method used to produce the local authority mid-year estimates, and is subject to further development. In view of this ongoing work, these LSOA and MSOA estimates are published as 'experimental statistics', and are under evaluation. Feedback on these estimates is therefore welcomed.
