The Key Statistics based on the definition of the rural and urban classification 2004 provide results for categories of rural and urban populations within each administrative area, in particular for use with other information defined on the same basis. The Key Statistics tables
The Key Statistics dataset consists of a series of 33 tables which provide a summary of the complete results of the Census. They are designed to enable easy comparison between areas across the full range of Census variables.

Product notes
Table 'KS01 Usual resident population does not include 1991 population figures, which were not available when the tables were produced.
Table 'KS24 Migration' was not produced for the rural and urban classification 2004, so is not included on the CD or in the downloadbale datasets.
