The releases of the Output Area to 2004 Ward Look Up files in October and December 2004 included some corrections to the 2003 Ward Look Up file. Two of these corrections should not have been present:
October file only - Output Area 30UHGH0008 was re-assigned to Ward 30UHGN, it should remain assigned to 30UHGH.
October file and December file - Output Areas re-assigned from 00NSQK to 00NUSH should remain assigned to 00NSQK

Details
Due to a minor programming error all versions of the lookup files contain three incorrect Output Area (OA) population weighted centroids. The OA to ward allocation is correct, but the centroids are plotted short distances outside the boundaries of the Output Areas concerned. The affected OAs are 00AAFQ0013, UBFT0008, and 30UHGJ0002.
