Finding urban areas in each file
Within each file urban areas are arranged alphabetically within five regions: the North; the Midlands; the South East; the South West; and Wales. Urban sub-divisions are listed alphabetically under each parent urban area.
Urban areas and urban sub-divisions are defined and described in the introduction section of the printed report as described above.
An index listing all urban areas and sub-divisions included in the tables is also included in the pdfs of the printed report, and can be used to determine if an area of interest is included.
If you know the name of an area for which you wish to view figures, while viewing one of the Excel files (in Windows) use CONTROL+F to open the find box, type the area name into the 'Find what' field, and click 'Find next' to jump to the appropriate row. Repeat this process to view figures for that area in each Excel file.
