In order to read portable document format (pdf) files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or a 'pdf' compatible viewer. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader, free, by clicking HERE

To download/save pdf files, position cursor over link, right click on mouse and select 'Save target as'. This will enable you to save the file to your computer, without opening it on-line.

Some files on our Web site have been compressed to reduce download times. You will need to decompress them before you can read them. There are a number of free and commercial decompression programs at Tucows and ZDnet.
