Tables can be specially commissioned from the 1981 and 1991 Censuses in a variety of ways. You can use the Commissioned Tables Request Form or contact the Census Office by email, telephone or fax (details below).

The Commissioned Tables Request Form is available in portable document format (pdf) and can be viewed and printed by clicking on the link below. The form should be printed, completed by hand, and posted or faxed to the Census Office.
