The extracts cover pages 1 to 8 of each form and enable all of the questions, including those on household accommodation, relationships and the full set of person questions, to be viewed.
Although each form had 20 pages and was designed to collect information for up to 5 persons, pages 9 to 20 are not included as they simply repeat the person questions already shown for Person 1 for subsequent members of the household, that is Persons 2,3,4 and 5.
