On 20 September 2006 the Office for National Statistics (ONS) published estimtes of Public Sector Net Debt (PSND) including imputed finance lease liabilities
The article describes the approach taken, the accounting definitions, the source data and the results for imputed finance lease liabilities, which arise mainly from Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects, that are included in Public Sector Net Debt (PSND) in the Public Sector Finances (PSF) from 20 September 2006.
