Neighbourhood Statistics websites were developed to provide statistics for small geographic areas to inform policy and decision making. There are three websites – one for England and Wales, one for Scotland and one for Northern Ireland. The article provides a snapshot on the similarities and differences between the three websites. The article also provides information on the early history of the websites, how they are currently being used, including case studies, their functionality and the future challenges and direction of the sites. It also provides contact points for further information.
