This classification groups local authorities into clusters based on similar characteristics. The largest cluster is the supergroup - there are eight of these. Each supergroup is further split into groups (13) and further into subgroups (24). A supergroup and it's groups and subgroups represents a collection of clusters.
These files contain statistical summaries of each collection, downloadable as PDF. Each summary highlights the main socio-economic and demographic characteristics of the clusters in the collection.
