• We ask for data to be in £'000s (thousands) and not actual amounts - unless where specifically stated.
• If you are not able to provide information for all of the questions, please supply estimated data.
• Please use the comments box at the end of the form to record any information you think we need to know. For example, if you have included another company's figures in your return, or if you have used estimated figures.
• If you have a query, please contact us. The person you need to speak to, along with their telephone number and your reference number, are printed in red a third of the way down the front page of the form.
