		NSMS21: Variance estimation for labour force survey estimates of level and change, GSS Methodology Series Product   This monograph reviews alternative approaches to estimating sampling variances of estimates from the Labour Force Survey (LFS) in GB. Evidence is drawn from past studies, on theoretical considerations and on some new numerical work to compare approaches. Conclusions have been reached on which variance estimators to use, assuming a similar design and weighting methods to those used in the LFS at present.
