		Conception Statistics, England and Wales Product   Presents annual statistics on conceptions to women usually resident in England and Wales. It covers conception counts and conception rates for women of all ages, split by age group and also includes teenage conceptions to women under the age of 18. Conceptions are tabulated by age of mother, mother's usual area of residence, occurrence within or outside marriage and whether the conception led to a maternity or an abortion. Conception statistics include either a termination by abortion or a maternity at which one or more live births or stillbirths occur. Maternities which result in one or more live/stillbirths are counted only once.
