Presents the main annual results from the International Passenger Survey (IPS), which collects information from passengers as they enter or leave the UK by the principal air, sea and tunnel routes.
Travel Trends presents detailed analyses on visits overseas residents made to the UK and on visits UK residents made abroad. It also presents information on the long-term trends in travel to and from the UK, over a twenty-year period, and also shorter term trends, over a five-year period.
These National Statistics are produced to high professional standards and released according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.
