Geographical results are also available from 1991-2004 by constituent country of the UK, government office regions in England, and local areas - local/unitary authorities in England and Wales, council areas in Scotland, and parliamentary constituencies in Northern Ireland. These results also contain an analysis of suicide rates by deprivation in England and Wales. These figures are based on a harmonised definition of suicide that has been agreed across the UK.
